Pradeep, the youngest
scion of one of the most successful and the oldest business families
of Chennai, India, is now a name to reckon with innovation in technology.
Pradeep is the fourth generation entrepreneur who takes the legacy
and success of the Dadha Group forward with an amazingly diverse
portfolio ranging from Information Technology, Pharmaceuticals and
Business Process Outsourcing to Hospitality Industry. Pradeep is
also one of the early birds of the online pharmacy and BPO business
who had extended his area of operations to the United States.
Having grown up playing with inventories and balance sheets, business
and entrepreneurship come but naturally to Pradeep. His shop floor
to management level tenure with Reliance Industries and Sun Pharmaceuticals
have honed his business acumen and skills. Today, his expertise
and experience extends from Information Technology, Project Management,
Operations and Administration, to innovative use to technology in
trade.

defining the international trade space.
Pradeep has been in the Contact Center space for two years in Reliance
Infocom and Sun Communiqué (Division of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries
limited). His activities in Reliance Infocom as a member of the
core team included, Structuring of the Business, Preparation of
Budgets, Costing and Auditing, Client Contract negotiations (Including
legal issues), Evaluating available Technologies and Setting up
Human Resources activity including recruitment processes, rewards
and recognition and agent retention strategy. He was also involved
in evaluating training requirements and audit of HR processes, Co-coordinating
and handling all operational issues. In course of his exposure in
the Contact center business he has dealt with companies like Nortel,
Cisco, Ernst and Young, MCI WorldCom, AT&T, Orbit-e, Avaya, etc.
Pradeep's core competence is in overseeing complete operations
of the businesses. Prior to being in this industry, he was involved
in his family business of manufacturing, retail and wholesale of
pharmaceutical products. He was responsible for setting up a retail
chain of stores as a part of the expansion of the retail business. |
